Yoga and pilates from home
Would you like to do yoga or pilates, but can't make it to the studio? With the online classes of Yoga Under Construction you can simply join from home. You follow the class live via Zoom and afterwards the recording stays available to you for 30 days.
So you can join live when it suits you and follow the class again later.
Which online classes are there?
Every week there is a livestream with recording of these classes: Monday 09:30 Hatha Yoga and 11:00 Pilates, Wednesday 18:30 Vinyasa Yoga, Thursday 20:00 Yin Yoga and Friday 10:45 Back Yoga.
A lovely mix of yoga and pilates, with both active and calm classes. You can always find the current schedule in YogiBit.
1. Book your online class via YogiBit
You book the online class in the YogiBit app, just like a class in the studio. Each online class costs 1 credit. After booking, the class appears in your overview.
2. You receive the Zoom link
The online classes are taught via Zoom. Through YogiBit you get access to the information and the link to follow the class online. No need to come to the studio: you can join from your own home.
3. Create a pleasant spot at home
Lay out your yoga mat and make sure you have enough space to move comfortably. Put your phone on silent, use a stable internet connection and have a cushion, blanket or other props ready if you like.
For a calm class such as Yin Yoga, it can be nice to have extra blankets and cushions at hand.
4. Join live or watch later
Can't make the class time? No problem. Every online class is recorded. The recording stays available for 30 days, so you can follow the class at another moment. That way you don't have to miss a class when your schedule doesn't fit.
Joining live via Zoom
During the live class, the teacher teaches as if you were in the studio.
When you enter the Zoom class, you are automatically muted. This keeps things calm and lets everyone hear the teacher clearly. You can turn on your camera if you like, so the teacher can see you and you get the feeling of a shared class. Your microphone stays off during the class.
Have a question or want to let us know something? Use the chat in Zoom or raise your hand in Zoom, for example when you can't hear the teacher well or something isn't working with the sound.
Prefer a little more privacy? You can of course turn your camera off and simply keep following the class.
Why online yoga and pilates?
Online classes are ideal if you like to join from home, don't always have time to come to the studio, are on holiday, have a busy schedule, prefer to move in your own surroundings or want to watch a class later.
You are free to choose: join live or watch later.
No experience with Zoom yet?
No worries. You don't need any experience with Zoom. You receive all the information you need and can easily join via the link.
Not sure how it works? Feel free to contact us. We are happy to help you get started.
